Banane ka tareeka:

1. Oven ko 350 degrees Fahrenheit par preheat karein.

2. Ek medium bowl mein graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar aur melted butter ko mix karein. Jab tak mixture fully combined na hojaye, acchi tarah se mix karein.

9. Cheesecake ko 55-60 minutes ke liye bake karein, ya jab tak edges set na hojaye aur center thoda jiggly na hojaye.

10. Cheesecake ko oven se nikalein aur thanda hone dein. Jab wo thanda hojaye, use kam se kam 4 ghante ya overnight ke liye refrigerate karein.

11. Ek medium saucepan mein raspberry puree, 1/2 cup sugar aur cornstarch ko mix karein. Jab tak cornstarch dissolve na hojaye, acche se mix karein.

12. Mixture mein water add karein aur medium heat par cook karein, aur mixture thick hone tak constantly stir karte rahein.

13. Raspberry topping ko room temperature par thanda hone dein.

14. Cheesecake ko fridge se nikalein aur topping ko cheesecake par daalein.
