Tender and very tasty! Homemade Dessert in 5 Minutes! Without baking and gelatine! Simple recipe

Agar aapko meetha khane ka bahut shauk hai aur aap kuch jaldi aur asaan banana chahte hai, toh aapko is blog mein ek bahut hi asaan recipe milne wali hai. Is recipe se aap sirf 5 minutes mein ek tender aur tasty homemade dessert bana sakte hai, jiske liye aapko baking ya gelatine ki jarurat nahi hai.

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream (bhari malai)

1/2 cup condensed milk (ghat paushtik doodh)

1/2 cup milk (doodh)

1/4 cup sugar (cheeni)

1/4 cup water (paani)

1 tsp vanilla extract (vanilla ka extract)

Instructions:

Ek bowl mein bhari malai, ghat paushtik doodh aur doodh ko acchi tarah se mila lein.

Ek chote saucepan mein cheeni aur paani ko mila kar medium aanch par garam karein. Jab cheeni bilkul ghul jaye to saucepan ko aanch se utar kar thoda thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.

Thande cheeni ka syrup cream mixture mein daalein aur acchi tarah se whisk karein.

Vanilla extract daalein aur acchi tarah se mix karein.

Is mixture ko chote chote bowls ya cups mein daal kar kam se kam 2 ghante ke liye fridge mein thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.

Jab dessert set ho jaye to use serve karein aur mazze se khaye!

Tips:

Zyaada swaad ke liye aap doodh ki jagah half-and-half ya poora doodh bhi istemaal kar sakte hai.

Apne pasand ke toppings jaise taja phal, chocolate chips ya nuts daal kar isko aur bhi swadist bana sakte hai.

Agar aap thoda firm texture chahte hai toh is mixture ko fridge mein rakhne se pahle ice cream maker mein churn kar sakte hai.

Upar di gayi asaan recipe se aap bahut hi jaldi aur asaani se ek tasty dessert bana sakte hai, jisko kisi bhi occasion par enjoy kar sakte hai. Toh jaldi se try karein aur ismein apne pasand ke flavors aur toppings daal kar mazze se khaye!
